Don’t Buy … DIY (Part 2)

So, on to experiment number 2: Pesto. I love pesto. It’s filled with garlic and it’s a lovely shade of green. And making pesto is a snap. All you need is fresh basil, olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesean cheese and pine nuts (a word to the wise, however, pine nuts are EXPENSIVE, so I just leave them out, but that’s your call).
